PCMKE LLC: Limited Warranty Policy Effective Date: 5/12/2026 1. Coverage This warranty applies to all REACH-01 systems purchased directly through PCMKE LLC, whether shipped or picked up locally. Coverage is the same regardless of how your order was fulfilled. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. 2. Lifetime 1-on-1 Support Every PCMKE LLC customer gets direct, personal support for the life of their machine. If you have a question, a concern, or just need help figuring something out, you can reach us directly by phone or text. 3. 30-Day Product Warranty If anything fails or malfunctions within the first 30 days of delivery or pickup, PCMKE LLC will replace the affected part at no cost to you. This covers defective components under normal use. Conditions: Issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery or pickup confirmation Original packaging must be retained and used for any return shipment Customer may be responsible for a portion of shipping costs depending on circumstance Does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling 4. 2-Year Service Warranty For the first two years from the date of purchase, PCMKE LLC will cover the cost of labor on any qualifying repair or part replacement. You will not be charged for our time. Conditions: Customer is responsible for the cost of the replacement part Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from PCMKE LLC Original packaging must be retained and used for any shipment Warranty service must be authorized by PCMKE LLC in writing before any parts are shipped Does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs 5. What Is Not Covered This warranty does not cover: Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification Damage caused by operating the system outside of recommended conditions (power surges, excessive heat, moisture, or physical impact) Components damaged by third-party hardware, software, or repair attempts not authorized by PC MKE Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, or broken plastics Loss of data under any circumstances 6. How to File a Warranty Claim Contact PCMKE LLC at julian@pcmke.com and describe the issue PCMKE LLC will assess the situation and confirm warranty eligibility in writing Do not ship anything until you have received written authorization from PCMKE LLC Use original packaging for all return shipments.
