PCMKE LLC: Returns & Refunds

EFFECTIVE DATE: June 3, 2026

1. Shipping Damage & Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If your order arrives damaged or is non-functioning out of the box, you must contact PCMKE LLC within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery confirmation

  • Retain all original packaging materials (box, foam, inserts, accessories)

  • Provide photos or video documenting the damage or issue upon request

Failure to meet any of these conditions may void your eligibility for a refund or replacement. PC MKE reserves the right to request documentation before approving any claim.

 

2. Change of Mind

All sales are final. PCMKE LLC does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or circumstances unrelated to product defect or shipping damage.

 

3. Warranty & Everything In Between

Every REACH-01 ships with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Anything that falls outside of shipping damage or DOA, but within the warranty period, will be handled directly between PCMKE LLC and the customer on a one-on-one basis. We stand behind every build we ship and will work with you to make it right.

 

4. How to File a Claim

To initiate a return, refund, or warranty claim:

  1. Contact PCMKE LLC at julian@pcmke.com within the applicable timeframe

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or video

  3. Wait for written confirmation from PCMKE LLC before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

5. Limitation of Liability

PCMKE LLC's liability under this policy is limited to the original purchase price of the product. PCMKE LLC is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or costs of substitute equipment.

 

6. Policy Updates

PCMKE LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on the PCMKE LLC's website with an updated effective date.
