CoverageThis warranty applies to all REACH-01 systems purchased directly through PCMKE LLC, whether shipped or picked up locally. Coverage is the same regardless of how your order was fulfilled.This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.2. Lifetime 1-on-1 SupportEvery PCMKE LLC customer gets direct, personal support for the life of their machine. If you have a question, a concern, or just need help figuring something out, you can reach us directly by phone or text.3. 30-Day Product WarrantyIf anything fails or malfunctions within the first 30 days of delivery or pickup, PCMKE LLC will replace the affected part at no cost to you. This covers defective components under normal use.Conditions:Issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery or pickup confirmationOriginal packaging must be retained and used for any return shipmentCustomer may be responsible for a portion of shipping costs depending on circumstanceDoes not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling4. 2-Year Service WarrantyFor the first two years from the date of purchase, PCMKE LLC will cover the cost of labor on any qualifying repair or part replacement. You will not be charged for our time.Conditions:Customer is responsible for the cost of the replacement partCustomer is responsible for shipping costs to and from PCMKE LLCOriginal packaging must be retained and used for any shipmentWarranty service must be authorized by PCMKE LLC in writing before any parts are shippedDoes not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs 5. What Is Not CoveredThis warranty does not cover:Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modificationDamage caused by operating the system outside of recommended conditions (power surges, excessive heat, moisture, or physical impact)Components damaged by third-party hardware, software, or repair attempts not authorized by PC MKECosmetic damage including scratches, dents, or broken plasticsLoss of data under any circumstances 6. How to File a Warranty ClaimContact PCMKE LLC at julian@pcmke.com and describe the issuePCMKE LLC will assess the situation and confirm warranty eligibility in writingDo not ship anything until you have received written authorization from PCMKE LLCUse original packaging for all return shipments. Shipments without original packaging may be refused7. Limitation of LiabilityPCMKE LLC's total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. PCMKE LLC is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of use, or costs of substitute equipment.We built this machine for you and we stand behind it.
